An easy and enjoyable read. Elspeth words... so detailed and descriptive i enjoyed visually bringing these women to life thinking these are women i already knew or women I've crossed paths with?!
Somewhere along the question arose... "What is my story"? Which part of my life would be part of this Daisy Chain?
If i had to sum this book up in one word it is COMFORT!

It was only complete exhaustion that prevented me from staying up all night to complete this book. I was intrigued by each character and the subtle way in which their lives were linked one to another; I did not want to put it down. At first I wished to know more of each woman's story but eventually I relaxed and I was rewarded with a very satisfying conclusion. This book was different from any I have read before and I commend the author on a job well done.

It reminds me of a time in my life when I had more fun. You definitely can reach a wide audience if I enjoyed it. I normally hate girly s$%!, but surprisingly your book is not girly s&*$. I give it a ten out of ten. Thanks for bringing some soothing peace to my aching soul. Your world has re-tuned my eyes to see a universe I used to belong to where beauty lived in simple things. I knew there was a reason I love you. Thanks again.
