I bought this DVD because I love Julianne Hough. I don't normally idolize people who are younger than me, but she is an exception because she's so talented and pretty! With that said, her DVD workout was just ok. I like her warm-up moves. But since I have no experience whatsoever in ballroom, some of her moves were kind of hard for me to do. It would require a little bit of speed and precision on your part, otherwise certain moves would look sloppy. Also, it's probably because I don't truly appreciate ballroom dancing that much, that I would most likely not use this workout often. To be honest, I'm already bored with this after 3 uses. I'll go back to doing this maybe 4 months from now. But this is just my opinion.
But if you love ballroom dancing and like to sweat when doing cardio, then you should buy this. This would be good for someone intermediate/advanced. If you're a complete beginner, I do not recommend this. You would probably be confused most of the time.
