Bottom line, it really is just a flash drive. And only an 8gb at that. But WOW! It's the ONLY flash drive I own that puts a smile on my face and makes me giggle with joy when the lightcycle sound effect comes out of that fabulously tiny mono speaker and lights up blue! The bonus content was fine and cool enough for me because it was really just that...a bonus. The real thrill is showing it off to friends, who laugh with joy in that "I can't believe you spent money on that!" tone, but then follow it up immediately with "Where did you find it, and how can get one?!?"I was also pleasently suprised at the quality of it. This sucker is huge compared to other flash drives, but really, if you can buy a smaller drive with double the capacity of this one for the same price, should this be on your list for practical storage? Hell no.
The USB slides out of the bike with a switch on the bottom, so when you're not using it, it will actually stand up for display purposes. And the the tire really spins too! The detail is really quite breathtaking for such a small piece of plastic that is not a toy. I'm most likely going to buy a few more just for collecting. They just seem to have that kind of a vibe to them.
In just one word, Awesome! (hehe!!!)

The white light cycle drive became my favorite portable drive the moment I got it out of the package, this is easily one of the best thumb drives a Tron fan could get. However I'll avoid just going on about how much I love it and tell you what you might not be able to find out without getting it hands on.-This thumb drive has an extendable USB attachment, a separate USB cable is NOT required, that was the impression I got from the above photos.
-The thumb drive does NOT come preloaded with a screen saver, it comes with all the other advertised extras though.
-The drive itself doesn't contain a lot of exclusive content that you couldn't find elsewhere without much trouble, however the packaging comes with a code that you can use at the movie's website that will unlock additional content such as wallpapers and printable posters.
-The engine sound effect that comes from the cycle is pretty good, the speaker sounds weak but I'm not expecting a lot on that.
There are other features about the drive but those can all be seen in the item description.
Overall it's nice enough where I'm thinking about getting the new light cycle drive as well despite already having an excess of thumb drives.

This is a fantastic device, and I got it before they even managed to get the special site up on Disney's Tron website. The special downloads were great, and the company sending it got it to me in record time. Works perfectly, holds data and lights up like one of the light cycles... what more do you need to know? Buy one!
