Product Description

This baking stone distributes heat evenly and absorbs moisture, giving pizzas and breads a crisper crust. A wood peel allows for pizzas to easily be placed on, and removed from, the stone.

To avoid breakage, place the pizza stone into a cold (not preheated) oven and preheat the pizza stone and oven at the same time.

À 400 degrés F, la pierre a explosé en 3 parties. Irrécupérable. Défaut dans la céramique ou pas assez épaisse?

I bought this stone and paddle combo, sucked in by getting the stone and paddle together. However, we used this pizza stone once, followed the instructions to the letter, yet the stone cracked and broke after only three pizzas! Save yourself the trouble, spend more on a thicker stone, buy the paddle separately!
