I don't care if the episodes were not in order I just want to own a series I have loved since the day it first aired and I glad we have a company willing to release these dvds because nick sure wasn't.

I suspect (hope, even) that the episodes being advertised, like with part one, are NOT what will be actually on the discs. Three of those episodes, Secret Weapons, Micromanagement, and Masters of All Time, were mistakenly included in the part one DVD, while three episodes that should have been on part one were not (Memory Blank, The Ultimate Enemy parts 1 & 2). I would hope that they would be included in part 2 so that the two sets together would have all season two episodes, albeit in a hopelessly incorrect order.

I'm sure Nickelodeon is to blame, but Shout Factory should have put out the video they advertised. Be forewarned before you buy.
