We purchased two of these for our kitchen. Installation was a snap. The finish is beautiful and we like its sleek design. It's not big and bulky like some other brands. The finish goes well with our stainless steel faucet (a different brand). Other reviews have mentioned universal problems with the springs not being strong enough to dispense the soap or lotion. This dispenser's spring is very good. We use Method dish soap, which is quite thick, and have had no problems with dispensing. This is a thoughtfully designed, functional dispenser and, for the money, an especially good value.

I bought this dispenser to go with my new faucet (Schon 404). It's a great match, and I love the design aesthetic.It worked great for a week, and suddenly started leaking soap. Then, when you go to pump soap, you now have to pump three, four, or maybe even five times to get soap to come out. But then it leaks for hours afterward. My husband seems to think that it's because of the nozzle, but after reading other reviews from this same brand, it appears to be an issue of the return spring quality. I'm going to look into replacing that.
This dispenser replaced a cheapo Home Depot dispenser that worked fabulously for at least five years with not a single problem - but it did have an arched nozzle. We tried to replace that dispensers functionality with this one, but they weren't interchangeable.
Oh, and two weeks after getting it, I've yet to be billed. It says it will ship soon. Hard to return something that shows it hasn't been shipped!

It's a good-looking dispenser, and it's easy to install. But after you use it, it dribbles soap out of the spout for the next hour. Every time you use it, you have to pump it a few times to replace the dribbled-out soap then clean up the soap below it in the sink.
