Christine I was so relieved when Savannah at long last became Gregories true lifemate. I felt concern for Byron as I havn't read his story yet but I see in Carpathian reunion that he has found his Lifemate. Hope Skylar will find her true love,she deserves it. Keep on writing,I just gobble up your stories. Mandy

Gregori (the Dark One) is an "ancient" carpathian with unfathomable power who is on the verge of "turning" into a vampire - he has waited several lifetimes for his lifemate - Savannah Dubrinsky - and has even allowed her an extra 5 yrs before joining w/him - well, Gregori's unbelievable control is about to snap & he must mate w/Savannah now in order for his soul to be saved.

This was a much-awaited story in the series and I was not disappointed - Although not necessary, I find it more enjoyable to read the books in the order they were published as the next carpathian's storyline is somewhat revealed and it helps you to better understand their actions in their own story. Dark Magic is a stunning blend of erotica, magic and suspense.
