Victoria Winters is beginning to settle in her new home and job at the spooky Collinwood mansion when caretaker Mathew Morgan informs her about the Ghost of Josette Collins and other spirits that inhabit the estate. Collins fleet manager Bill Malloy sets up a meeting between Burke Devlin, Roger Collins and Sam Evans to settle the controversy of the Manslaughter Case that sent Devlin to prison for 10 years. Mysteriously Malloy never shows up at the meeting.

The mysteries of Collinwood are falling into place. The plot thickens as legends of Collinwood and Widows hill are told as a Ghost emerges from the Old House on the Collins Family property. Victoria and Carolyn Stoddard spot a body floating at the bottom of the cliff.
