I love visiting the Amish and reading about them. I have several Amish books in my library and I am NOT a regular book reader. Its easy to read about something you are interested in. This one is one of the BEST.

I am just about finished reading this book. Wanda Brunstetter has a wonderful way of capturing the Amish culture. This is one of those books that once you pick it up you don't want to put it down until you are finished reading it. The story line leaves you wanting to know more about what happens with the next generation even. Good reading! It is among my keeper list of books!

I could not put this down. I could really identify with Jims family. A lot of the scriptures in this book made me look at my own life. I would absolutely recommend this series!
