When global warming triggers the onset of a new Ice Age, tornadoes flatten Los Angeles, a tidal wave engulfs New York City and the entire Northern Hemisphere begins to freeze solid. I have watched this movie at least 5 times and it never grows old. It gives you a lot of thought on the what if's. I know that technically this kind of thing probably won't happen but some of it could. We are seeing a lot of climate change now a days and some really crazy unusual weather and this movie just reminds you that we have to make some changes. Enjoy.

I have quite a large collection of DVD movies and when people ask me which one of all do I like best, it always comes down to "The Day After Tomorrow"! The plot is great and believable, the cast is excellent, and the effects are out of this world! This movie got me sitting at the edge of my seat from the start to the end. There are movies that I own which I haven't seen yet, but this one, I've watched 3 times and would not hesitate to watch it again and again.
