Book Description

Dealing With Anger" was featured on the SALLY JESSE RAPHAEL SHOW in New York!

Earlier this year, the author Sandy Livingstone, was invited on the show "I'm Afraid of Your Rage" as an expert guest and offered valuable observations and advice to families struggling with anger issues. Sandy's sensitive approach is also reflected in the book and her down-to-earth style of writing has made this book so popular.

From the Publisher

Look for a second printing of "Dealing With Anger" to be coming out before Christmas! It has a fresh new look but maintains the trusted "reader-friendly" approach to finding workable answers to anger management problems.

This book is a "must" to give as a gift to friends, workers, loved-ones, or to yourself! Your experience with anger will change for the better after reading this book. Sandy speaks from the heart and has helped so many people understand and deal with anger in an empowering way.

From the Author

Dealing With Anger was deliberately written in simple, straightforward language yet it is an extremely comprehesive exploration of anger as it relates to a variety of topics. I encourage readers to go slowly. Changing thoughts and behaviour takes both time and commitment. You may find it helpful to read through it once and then go back and work through the exercises. Clients have told me that they bring issues for discussion as an adjunct to therapy sessions. It is important to do what works best for you!
