Dec 29 1978

4.0 out of 5 stars Good story with a twist April 7 2013

A (relatively) modern day mystery that involves the western edge of England/eastern edge of Wales archaeology dig. Ellis Peters loved that part of the world, and knew a great deal about it. She puts this to good use in this story; she also has the astute insight into human nature. George Felse plays a minor but pivotal role in this story.
