Must Have Book for Golfers March 11 2013
By calif golfer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Spiral-bound Verified Purchase
Any golfer who wants to play by the rules must have this book. Just reading the Rules of Golf will not be sufficient for applying the Rules correctly. This book is the authority for interpreting the Rules in real situations. There are thousands of decisions in this book and the situations covered can be complex. I take the book with me whenever I play golf. It is helpful when so-called authorities start telling you what you can and can't do during a competition.
Decisions on the Rules of Golf Feb. 26 2014

The decisions book is mandatory for a rules official. It is excellent in every way. No rules official can possibly correctly participate in golf with out it.
