Très bon livre de démarrage, en particulier pour l'acquisition des ingrédients de base de la cuisine asiatique (légumes, sauces, etc) disponibles dans la région de Montréal du moins . Pour la technique de cuisson au Wok, je suggère quand même un cours pratique. Le livre n'a pas la prétention d'exposer tous les principes de base de la cuisine au wok.

This book on asian cooking is very well written with easy to follow receipes. Every thing needed is well documented and contains hepful photos.
