Format: Hardcover
If you are very new to being gluten free then I would recommend this book. Otherwise everything in it is just a repeat from other books. There are no original recipes, especially if you don't eat meat or have other food allergies. I did like the description of the different flours.

I'm so disappointed in this book. Most of the recipes could be from any cookbook. I was looking for help in making gluten free food taste like ordinary, using g-free ingredients. There are a few recipes like that but not many.

There are so many recipes and they vary so there's lots of ingredients and none of them seem to be too involved or require too many steps to complete.
