Delta sleep system,

People rave about Delta Sleep System, but I find it does not work. The CD tends to make me more alert.
I have yet to sleep with this CD. If you are still suffering from insomnia, try "Say Goodnight to Insomnia" by Gregg Jacobs. If you follow the book religiously, you will eventually sleep well again. It is not a quick fix. In fact, for the first week or so, you will be very tire, But his method works.

For anyone that suffers from disruptive worry and dialogue in one's head, this is most definitely for you.If you suffer from Schizophrenic symptoms, this will drown out the sudden disruptive memories without the harmful side effects of most medication. Delta Sleep will prolong life by slowing metabolism when you need to slow it down and rest. As someone who has suffered from mental anguish most my life, I highly recommend this as a remedy for similar ills.

Sleep So Deep and Pure,

I suffer from a couple of auto-immune diseases that leave me in constant pain and with insomnia. This CD has finally allowed me to sleep through the night and have the most wonderful dreams to boot! I am a life time fan for sure and have since bought others of Dr. Jeffrey Thompsons works. Highly recommended for anyone with too much stress or pain to sleep well.
