About the Author

Tina Knowles is the fashion guru behind the world-renowned look of today's hottest group, Destiny's Child, and owner of Headlines, a hair salon in Houston, Texas. She lives in Houston with her husband, Mathew, who is the group's manager, and her daughters Beyoncé, one of the group's singers, and Solange, the next Knowles family singing sensation.

Even though it's full of really great ideas and tips. I would like to see some works that she has done for Non-Destiny's Child people.

A longtime fan of Destiny's Child, I enjoyed this book. It was an inside peak at the lives of the triple platinum trio...but I found the price a little sketchy. Tina Knowles (Beyonce's Mom) also gives tips on how to look awesome, but the majority of these tips are old. Really...how does she expect us to run around customizing everything, and it'll turn out looking amazing? Hmmm. If you recieve this book as a gift, it's good, but I would recommend buying it unless you have experience in customizing.
