In the information given to describe the product, we are told the sweater has an applique Tigers logo (chest), a woven patch- D logo (sleeve, Latin font) and an embroidered- D logo(hood, Latin font). The fabric is warm cotton blend, but not therma base. It is what it is described as.This is a very nice looking sweater and will keep you warm. I think that anyone with realistic expectations, and a love of the Tigers, will love this hoodie. It is what it is, and my daughter is very happy that I surprised her with it. I wish I had bought one for me too.

disapointing quality - very thin, not a embroidered patch on arm, Dec 3 2011

this is a VERY thin sweatshirt and the old English D on the arm is not a patch it's printed and stitched on, not an embroidered patch. The Tigers logo on the front is stitched on felt, it looks nice but not sure how it will hold up in the wash. Very disappointing for the price, it looks good in the picture not so much in person. I'm keeping it but it's not what quite what it appears to be in the photo.
