The "Develop your Self-Confidence" CD, by the UK's best selling hypnotherapist Glenn Harrold, is excellent - a very professional production.Track 1 "Develop your self confidence" (26 minutes 40 seconds):
First, he spends 5 minutes guiding you into a state of relaxation. Then, he has you imagine yourself standing on the terrace of a lovely old house. He guides you down a 10 step stairway down to a peaceful garden and into a state of deep relaxation. Then he encourages you with messages which support your self-confidence.
Track 2 "Confidence in Company" (24 minutes 55 seconds)
Similar to the first track but offers positive self-confidence affirmations for when you are interacting with people.
There is very slow-paced music in the background throughout the recording. The music is at a low volume level, and enhances the hypnosis experience. Glenn has a medium/deep voice with a mild British accent.
At the end of each track, you are guided back to full waking consciousness by Glenn counting from 1 to 10.
Example audible vocals (some repeat as they fade):
You feel creative and inspired.
You feel a deep sense of inner calm.
You never again criticize yourself if you make a mistake or error in judgment.
You respect yourself and feel a deep sense of inner confidence.

When I find something extraordinarily produced, finely tuned and highly beneficial, I just have to pass it on to you all. A few issues back I reviewed his UNLEASH YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL hypnosis CD and was blown away. The engineer of such inner landscaping has a cornucopia of hypnotic treats for creating wholistic health and well-being that bear honorable mention.This CD is safe, clear and effectve. We hear an English voice, original music and fade back affirmations to boost the hypnotic suggestions. At the end the listener is involved by repeating the affirmations with feeling and conviction. These are sessions I listen to over and over with increased effect and look forward to starting my day with them as a empowering undercurrent.
Glenn harrold is an accomplished Hypnotherapist and his titles have been on the best seller list in England and they are now catching fire in the US.

I was skeptical at first when I ordered this CD. I never used a hypnosis CD before and wasn't sure it would work. After using it for the first few days, I started to feel a change from within me, and my confidence in certain areas has improved. The voice of Glenn Harrold is relaxing and has the ring of a trusted friend or collegue. I would suggest Glenn Harrold's recordings to those of you who may question using hypnotic recordings. I've purchased his "Financial Abundance" and "Weight Loss" as well. Both are very good. As a certified health and fitness instructor, the Weight Loss recording is nice as well.
