The must-have for MT Trainers and Coaches May 4 2012
By SueG007 - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
"I purchased this book as I have been inspired by both Doug and Peter presenting at Resilience At Work conferences in 2010, 2011 and 2012. This book is packed with the essentials and more for understanding mental toughness and developing it. As a Mental Toughness Coach and Trainer, I find this is a valuable, informative reference guide."

The Mental Toughness "Bible" June 5 2012
By Aliya Ali-Afzal - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This is a fantastic resource for anyone using Mental Toughness coaching and for those who want to deepen their knowledge of the concept and its uses. You will find sound research and very useful case studies, examples of the broad range of practical applications and an insight into why Mental Toughness plays such a key role in empowering both individuals and teams. Doug and Peter's passion for the subject also make this a great read. Buy it!
