5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best...., Aug 1 2007
By T. Brown "bookgirl" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Diabetes Comfort Food (Paperback)
This book has got to be one of the best Diabetic cookbooks I've come across. Other recipes from other cookbooks are missing flavour and the texture of the foods is not quite the same. In this book though the recipes are as delicious to read as to eat! A couple of our favourites so far are the recipes for meatballs (I've already made several dozen for freezing and this is great for quick easy meals) and we tried the Sweet and Sour recipe - YUM! There is a Blueberry Strusel recipe that turned out wonderfully and even the non-diabetics in our family liked this dessert!
