5.0 out of 5 stars A much needed tool Sep 15 2009
Format:Paperback
Bipolar Disorders are very challenging conditions. For people diagnosed and their close ones, they often leave a sense of helplessness, confusion and despair. With this book, Sheri Van Dijk provides a very practical tool, with up to date knowledge. The information is very well presented, clear and concise. The exercises suggested rely on already proven clinical strategies. But the hallmark of her work, is that it provides a well needed opportunity for empowering a clinical population and their relatives, for whom hope is one the greatest gifts.
