About the Author
Rick Gallop graduated from Oxford University and emigrated to Canada in 1964. Under his presidency, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario became a major catalyst for behaviour and lifestyle change in Canada. He is also the author of The Gi Diet and Living the Gi Diet.
