Book Description

July 2001
Anyone who's ever battled the bureaucracy of the business world or been run down by a random act of management (and let's face it, who hasn't?) counts Dilbert as both hero and poster boy. Every day, 150 million followers flock to the comics pages of more than two thousand newspapers to see this socially challenged engineer outsmart the self-proclaimed best minds of middle management. A million point their browsers each month toward his website to cheer his fight against common sense-defying directives and stress provoking policies. Scott Adams, the man behind the icon, has made Dilbert an industry unto himself. Adams has had four New York Times business best-sellers, including The Dilbert Principle, recognized as the best-selling business book of all time. Additionally, fifteen of seventeen cartoon collections have appeared on the list. Add in the approximately 6 million calendars sold, and it's plain even to management that the world's Dilberts - and not the Pointy-Haired Bosses - are in control. Don't miss a day of "Dilbert." This calendar serves up a year's worth of strips, including an eight-panel Sunday strip each week.

5.0 out of 5 stars Scary But True Jan. 20 2002
By PhotoSkunk - Published on Amazon.com
Every year I think I'll get a different page-a-day calendar for my desk at work but then I always get the Dilbert one. It's so on point for anyone working at a large corporation that it's almost scary! It's comforting to know that it's the same everywhere. This is a great calendar for someone like me who loves Dilbert but doesn't follow the daily strips.

5.0 out of 5 stars It's Dilbert - Buy it Jan. 5 2002

What more can I say -- It's Dilbert and it's truly funny. It's great because it's true. People that work in a corporate environment relate to pretty much everything. Scott Adams does a great job and you need this on your desk.

By Tim Jansen - Published on Amazon.com
The calender is a collection of old Dilbert strips, maybe 2 years old, one per day, all in black&white (even the sunday ones). Ok, but only spectecular for those who dont know them already.

Wonderful Scott Adams humour.
I have collected a few years versions of these, and there are no duplications.
How does he do it?
Means I always have an example to provide to illustrate the lunacy of a new policy or activity.

Now, excuse me, but I have to go and buy next year's copy.
5.0 out of 5 stars Always good for a laugh Jan. 26 2002

Every evening before dinner we review the Dilbert cartoon of the day. I dont have time to read the strip in the paper and we always enjoy these moments. The calendar part is just an excuse to get a daily laugh. The points are so close to home, I wonder where Scott Adams sits in my office. Highly recommended, we buy one every year.
