ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Christine Cushing graduated at the top of her class in Grande Diplome at École de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris, France. A thirteen-year veteran of the food industry, Christine has worked in the kitchens of the Four Seasons Hotel and Scaramouche Restaurant in Toronto, taught classes, and developed recipes for King Ranch Health Spa, Ace Bakery and Starbucks Coffee. She owns The Food Group, which specializes in food styling and recipe development and runs her own cooking school, Cooking Chez Toi.
