I made a mistake thinking it was a diecast regular sheriff, but it is a good car! :) Sept. 19 2012

OK so I got this a while ago for my son. I thought orginally it was the real diecast sheriff car. I got it and it is a durable hard plastic, and it changes colors. It is not a shiny paint but more of a flat paint. We kept it since it was my fault for basing my order on the picture and not reading the fine print. lol. It came on time, and is a good toy. It has withheld my 2 yr old after 6 months when some others have not. Which is a good sign. So if the color changing doesnt bug you, and you dont want a metal one this is a great toy. It is durable, and we have not had any issues with it. The seller was great as well and we had no issues. It was a mistake that turned out okay lol!
Color change doesn't last Aug. 4 2012

Bought this car after the original Sheriff was inadvertently left at the park. At first my son was disappointed the car changed colors, but then grew to enjoy it. About 2 month after normal 'boy' use the car is permanently green. We also have 2 other color changing characters that also don't change color and have a tie dyed appearance.
