Kaz, Star, Adrianna and Dante are on a marine expedition for the summer, diving to explore an underwater habitat that's just been altered by a seismic event. What they find, though, is much more than fish -- it's sunken treasure. --This text refers to the Paperback edition.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dive; book one : Discovery, May 18 2004
By A Customer
The deep, mysterious ocean holds more value than to the human eye. Something more valuable than ever. What seemed like an opportunity of a lifetime has unraveled into something more, than the four kids can handle, and something so great has finally revealed itself.
Kaz, Dante, Adriana and Star, are invited to a summer internship to scuba dive. They know the organization doesn't seem to be what they look like, and they are going to prove it. Especially because the kids found sunken treasue and they are not the only ones who want it. The only thing stopping them is the bad guys and the sharks, especialy the eighteen foot tiger shark, Clarence. Each step that the kids take to getting the treasure the danger unfolds more.
I really enjoyed this book a lot because there was so much excitement and I had a lot of fun reading it, because it compares to teenagers all around and I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants a great book that stays in your imagination forever.

(...) The book I recently read was Dive book one: The Discovery. Written by Gordon Korman.
This book is about 4 kids spending their summer scuba diving. The kids think that something is up with the organization who set the program up. the kids are diving into danger-filled waters.
I liked this because it is full of suspense. If you like water, danger, and suspense, you were meant to read this book, it is a gold mine. I bet my money you will like this book!!!

Gordan Korman's new book series, Dive is about Bobby Kazinski , Dante Lewis , Star Lee ,and Andrea Goldsmith's adventures under the sea. From this series, I learned many interesting facts about diveing.Although ,it took a long time for the plot to develope, but the book was quite good. Some details were unesesary, but they became clear when I got further into the series.I enjoyed this book.
