The Right Book At The Right Time

In this tough economy many people whose marriage has disintegrated beyond repair find themselves living in separate parts of their home until the economy improves, because they cannot afford legal help. This book is for these people at the right place, at the right time, among others. This book takes the high road in trying to resolve the crux of most disputes, that is, to calm the emotional issues so people can get their lives back and preserve as much of their assets as possible, rather than it all being dissapated for lawyers on both sides.
Mr. Rabbin is so insightful in how he lays out a roadmap for people to resolve their issues amicably and in a financially secure way. He astutely touches on all the pitt falls that one can fall into when trying to navigate their way through ending a longterm relationship and untangling the financial assets in a way that works out best for both sides.
Even if a person already has a lawyer, this book is a great resource in how one can manage their own life during a divorce, ask intelligent questions and navigate through the divorce with the knowledge of what's in their best interest. The books easy to read format makes the divorce process much smoother, less complicated and if followed, less expensive.

If you are thinking about getting a divorce, this book will help you cope with important decisions that will affect your family. The "taking the high road" examples were especially helpful to me. Not only is it excellent for guidance during the divorce process, but the author also includes good recommendations on how to look at your own personal growth.
