excellent singing, acting and directing. Never saw this opera done before as good as this and don't expect to see it as well again. Recommend it highly

Beyond saying that this is a great opera production the only other thing that is pertinent is the wonderful performance by Natalia Dessay who is superb in the title role.A must have DVD five star performance.

La Fille du Regiment DVD is excellent. My mother and I loved it. Of course, Juan Diego Florez is perfect with his high C's.
