I have never met Shy, however, I feel like I have. I am proud of where she is now; the strength, determination it takes to get there.....impressive!What an inspiration she is. The book is very graphic, if you a survivor, you find it hard to read at times as it takes you down memory lane, however, you find strength in her story .... Fantastic!

This is an excellent book. Only paid 6 something shipping and all from Amazon but at the book store, it was $16 plus tax. Will definitely get my books from Amazon. You're doing a great service to the public.Thanks, Brenda Connors
