Good Book,

I have read most of Bernard Jensen's books and reviewed dozens of other health books over several years. This book as most of the other Jensen books all have some things that the others do not. It may be in the elaboration of the information, the subject itself or the manner of explaining some aspect of nutrition or the body, but all the information serves to reinforce. I am well pleased with this book in particular as it addressed 'slant board' use, missing nutrients in the foods commonly eaten, when to eat what types of whole foods. The four and a half pages on the lymph drainage system is worth the price of the book all by itself. Dr. Jensen lived to be an old guy with excellent health who unlike many of todays health 'professional's' practiced what he preached and had a large crowd of healed folks thanks to his knowledge and wisdom acquired over decades of practice at his 'health ranch'. As the owner of Dr. Jensens books I re read them often as I continue to find additional morsels I had forgotten or overlooked before. What a delight having a Jensen library. Enjoy your new read !
