I ordered this. When I tried to launch it, they said that was was either defective or incomplete. defective I went to the website and they gave me a telephone number for Customer Support. I called during the hours listed and a recording told me to go back to the website. No help there. I lost a lot of time and the return postage.

I bought this for my husband who cannot type. spell, and has vidion problems. He is having a great time learning to make it work. I will try it when he is better at it- his new toy!
