When the trail of clues runs cold for Eric, and his friend Joe starts acting suspicious, will Eric put two and two together? Will Joe succeed in changing the pirates' ways? A fun fantasy story perfect for antsy, spirited young readers. Filled with mystery and adventure, the characters are memorable and amusing and the story is entertaining. Loved reading it to my three kids,

Very entertaining, and well written so that my kids AND I enjoyed it ;) Would recommend this for grade school kids who are into pirates and gross stuff and adventure stories, because it's funny, has a great message, and is the "good" kind of gross. and the mysterious girl caught my older daughter's attention, so all were happy.
