Pursue your full human potential Nov. 3 2010
By Jackie A. Oneal - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I enjoyed the book's structure which is comprised of fascinating epigrams, refelctions, as well as insightful, and practical exercises whereby the reader can put ideas into practice. This format, it seems to me allows the reader to convert any abstracts presented, into real life experience. As a result of the concrete nature of the exercises, the reader can wrap his or her head around the concept of "dreaming bigger," more easily around their mental planes.

Wise teaches the reader to vigorously pursue their full potential in a most down to earth way. The author presents case studies which further illustrate how dreaming big is within the reach of every person.

This book is ideal for persons who want more creativity and inspiration to come into their lives, and are willing to invest time to work through the detailed exercises.

Wise has also provided an array of free resources that the reader can access via internet download, hence giving the book added value.

WISE book! Nov. 30 2010
By Lauren E. Harvey - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
To get right down to it, I like this book. Dream Bigger is not your stereotypical self-help book. It is anything but cliche.

Ms. Wise uses absolutely incredible examples from her own life, as well as her clients and truly inspirational people. I love her honesty in the book. She does not paint her life out to be perfect, which is great for imperfect people like me! I could relate to her stories, her struggles, and her triumphs.

What is most incredible is that I was reading this book during a rather important time in my life. One day, my partner began reading it along with me. Next thing I knew, we were both fighting to read it! LOL. This book really touched and inspired my partner. At a time when she was at a cross-roads, Dream Bigger gave her the tools, guidance and inspiration to follow her heart! I am truly indebted to Ms. Wise for this book and the good it has brought to my partner's life!

If you or someone you know is looking for good holiday reading, and reading that will truuly inspire you, this is the book for you! Enjoy, Dream Bigger!

Review:
It is all too easy to assume that author's of self-help books may have the theory, but lack the personal experience. In this book Ms Wise shares some of her own dark moments and tells us how she managed to overcome them. Not once but on several occasions.
That alone reveals that sometimes life throws a nasty curve ball even to those who may appear to others `to have it all together'.
Each chapter deals comprehensively with its own subject. Most, but not all, have exercises the reader can use to help them rise out of their own dark chasms.
Dream Bigger shares real-life experiences of others who, combined with a quirk of fate changed, not only their own lives, but those of hundreds of others, sometimes continents away. They are examples, if you like, of the saying `If there's a will, there's a way.'
It is all too easy to let go of the dream, but with Ms Wise's book, Dream Bigger, you feel as though you have a friend by your side each step of the way.
This book is easy to read, easy to follow, and easily inspires the reader to Dream Bigger.
Fantastic Read! Dec 6 2010
By B.K. Walker, Author of the Wolves of Shadow Falls Series - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
Dream Bigger by Julie Wise is a great book to explore self recognition, finding ones dreams, realizing you have the potential to unlock the doors in your path.

Learning a little bit about Julie's struggles along the way, and how she overcame them, Julie teaches you how you can realize your dreams and successfully reach them.

We all have the potential to open the doors to our destined paths, it's just that most of us don't know how, or even what our destiny is or what our dreams are.

In Dream Bigger, Julie takes you on a self recognition journey, teaching you how to unleash the power within yourself to reach your dreams, and even how to realize what your dreams are through her included exercises.

My favorite quote that I took from her book is, "I seem to have to go through a breakdown right before a breakthrough."

How many of us feel like this? Or that we are always faced with obstacles? Julie will teach you how to face these obstacles head on, deal with them and move on in the steps to reaching your dreams.

Included are some inspirational stories of those that have figured out what their dreams were, and either reached them or are in the process of being well on their way.

The book is well formatted, with exercises, links, and even links to downloadable pdf's to help keep you organized and on track.

Wise did a fantastic job with Dream Bigger and I give it ***** (5) Stars. BK Walker

It Worked For Me! Nov. 10 2010
By Kirstein Howell - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I must admit, I have been sitting here looking at a blank screen at a loss for words on this review. I feel as if whatever words I use will not do this book justice. It was FANTASTIC, PRACTICAL... I think a lot of that came from the way the book was made up.

The book was written in three sections: Dream, Dream Big and Dream Bigger. Then within each section, a reader is offered Exercises, Dreamwork, Action Plan, and Dreammakers (real life stories). Each of these gets the reader actively involved with invaluable steps which would help, I believe, anyone, at any place in their life to Dream Bigger. Whether an individual is sick, feeling hopeless in any situation, or even successful but wanting more, this book would be profitable for them to read.

The author is very open in her writing, always giving personal examples in each section, which pulls you in, makes you identify. But then, as I began the exercises and evaluations things in my own life just starting becoming clearer, and the practical advice helped me to better my life, to believe I could do what I had dreamed up. Again, I keep wanting to use the word "practical," but that is just what this inspiring, self-help book is! Check it out!
