The only real bad thing about this DVD set, was that I couldn't make it last me more than 4 days. Peeling myself away from the set until I'd watched it all just wasn't an option.The episodes range from satisfactory to fantasitic (though I find most episodes to fall in the latter category), and all of them host an adorable Barbara Eden that make them worth watching even if the story is a little similar to other episodes. Of course that might not be such a huge issue if you don't watch them all at once like I did. The extras include a commentary on the first episode, by three of the key players in the series: Larry Hagman, Barbara Eden, and Roger Daily. It wasn't fantastic as far as commentaries go, but hopefully that won't stop them from doing it on future DVD releases as behind the scenes information is always interesting for fans. Other extras include a cast interview of Hagman, Eden and Daily, as well as a seperate interview with series creator Sidney Sheldon. This extra is actually very well done and a great bonus considering the DVD set costs no more than sets from the Bewitched series which don't have any extras. Even at it's full price of $50, this set would be worth it. I will definitly be buying the next season and cannot wait for it's release!

I bought this box set without hesitation! What good memories to watch them all over again and be able to share them with others, especially the younger croud who did not have the chance to see them. Don't be fooled, it's not because these series are older that they are not good, au contraire! I recommend it to anyone who likes to have a good laugh without all the bad language and sexual contents seen in today's sitcoms. Great show for the whole family!

I've been wondering when the really good classic shows would be released on dvd and vhs and it's finally happened. Shows that have great entertainment value that families can watch. It's nice to have access to shows that can entertain without using nudity or foul language. The fun and antics that the cast get up to in this show are great!! I'm looking forward to the rest of the seasons of I Dream of Jeannie being released - hopefully soon, and I look forward to the release of some of the other gems of the sixties and early 70's.
