This video shows exactly what it's like to have an eating disorder. I now have a better understanding. I'm not a sufferer of anorexia or bulimia, but I do know that this shows what can happen if you are a sufferer and effective ways to treat the disorders. I watched this because psychology is my area of interest, but I would recommend this. It could be a very valuable teaching tool.

I Suffered from Anerxia and this movie help alot both with me and to help my family understand better what I was going through this is a must have if someone in you family is going through this internal struggle. it is full of information, and really made me think twice about what i was doing

I had to watch it in my 8th grade PE class and it is very informative and somewhat graphic. It shows the scariness of it and makes you eat for one thing! You wont ever forget it!
