I am a big fan of Empire Earth and Empire Earth II. I rushed to get Empire Earth III when it was released and was taken back with how terrible it was. This game has updated animations but it eliminated all that made the prior games challenging and enjoyable.Where I could play for hours and hours on the previous games, I found that I was bored and frustrated within the first 30 minutes.
Don't bother with this game.

The game has great graphics and lots of different units with different abilities. The three factions are unique and diverse and offer three very different styles of game play. The game allows you to play skirmishes on maps, play in multiplayer games, or conquer the world in a unique and fun scenario.

ee2 was a great game. in this game they removed all the things i loved about ee2. they tried to make it just like so many other games, instead of keeping with their strengths. the game can still be fun, but much less rescource focused, and you have to memorize a ton of hotkeys to make the game playable.
