The iGrabber's serial number did not work. However, I received a new serial number from Geniatech quickly and so far so good. We are happy with this item and suits our purposes.

it worked for not even a single day and then it deicded that it wanst going to work at alluseless waste of my money

It's cheap, and the quality was alright, if you fool around with the settings a bit.However, after a few days, it stopped working (the video input no longer worked). I recommend avoiding this product, and sinking a few more dollars into something that works.
