No fail recipes!,

We have had huge success with every single recipe we've tried out of this book. My husband is a chef and it's hard to impress him with a new cookbook - he truly loves this one though. I always seek books with photos - this one does not have photos - but this is not a problem once you realize that every dish comes out delicious. My teenage son now loves beans. Our favorite dishes so far are "White Beans Provence" to which we added garlic and "Gratin of White Beans with Herbs" to which we added Asiago cheese. Yummy!

Glad i bought this! We are trying to cut down on meat consumption in our home so adding beans to the diet is a great way to add fiber and protein with little fat! So eat up! Great collection of recipes! Love it!!
