I bought this book quite a while ago. It was my first cookbook and I thought Italian food would be the way to start. So far, every single recipe I have made from this book (about a dozen or so) have been absolutely, mind-blowingly, delicious!

God, try the Mascarpone pear dessert, it's heaven! Or the pesto and arctichocke bruschetta. My family moans whenever they eat these two!

My son's girlfriend loves to cook Italian food. This was a gift for her...so I was looking for a simple cook book that had quick and easy to follow receipts for their life style which was perfect , nothing too complicated. It had a reasonable amount of pictures to inspire you to make some of the dishes. It was a good choice.
