The Easycat 2 button relieved my forearm and shoulder soreness in two weeks completeley. I was having soreness due to tension in my arm and shoulder from constantly using a standard mouse. With the easycat of course there is no need for a mouse pad. It can sit in your lap or just off to the side of the computer it is so small. Took just 3 minutes to hook it up and download the soft ware. Honestly this is a worthwhile and necessary piece of computer equipment for any one with carpal tunnel syndrone. No need to hold anything just touch or slide anyone of your fingers to get the task done. Yes I give it 5 stars. Got it in less than four days after putting my order in .

I had meant to buy the USB version, but bought the PS/2 version by mistake. However, I'm now using a previously unused plug on the back of my computer.
The Easycat Touchpad works as advertised. I had to reboot my computer to install it (using Windows XP), but that was the extent of the installation.
This touchpad is accurate and responds well. I bought it to use instead of my mouse, and I'm happy to say that my wrist is feeling much better because the mouse just sits idle now. However, the mouse still works. I can alternate between the touchpad and the mouse without any intermediate action needed.
This touchpad is set up to scroll, left-click, or right-click from its surface, and these functions work quite nicely.
My hands are too large for a mouse. Most people can rest their hand on the mouse and then exert pressure with their fingers to click the buttons. I could not relax my hand (wrist) on the mouse without clicking the buttons. With the touchpad, I can relax my hand on the desk next to the touchpad and then extend and manipulate my one finger as required. This is a much better system.

Due to repetitive stress on the hands, wrists, and fingers, the Easy Cat has made my computer use much easier. I have small hands which makes it uncomfortable to use a regular computer mouse with ease. I've been using the Easy Cat for over 10 years with all my home computers.
