Format: Paperback
This cookbook isn't suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Recipe ingredients include salmon, scallops, and chicken broth. I don't understand how one can advocate clean eating while pushing seafood or dairy; it just doesn't make sense. This book is a complete disappointment.
