Wow, it took quite a few years for the CD release of Echelons to be dropped. It could not have come at a greater time too. Now, I can finally keep my album of Echelons in the archive section of my record rack!The debut album from For Against channels Joy Division and some early REM (Raido Free Europe days) as suggested...I prefer to see them as all Joy Division but not too dark. Although all their tracks are stand-outs, It's a Lie and Loud and Clear were my most requested tracks to play while I was spinnin' at my college radio station.
