Educated Horses is the follow-up to 2001's The Sinister Urge. The album was recorded at Los Angeles' Chop Shop Studios with co-producer Scott Humphrey and includes 11 tracks including an acoustic number called 'Death of It All', 'Seventeen Year Locusts' and the album's first single 'Foxy, Foxy'. Geffen. 2006.
Hellbilly Deluxe and the Sinister Urge are better than this album but Educated Horses still has something that you just can't hate. Just saw him in concert in Detroit and this cd just got better for me. Keep listening. It grows. American Witch, great song.
Interesing album... I've only listened to it twice, and am a bit surprised that it's not as hard as I would have thought. I'm assuming that this is partly due to Rob Zombie's growth as an artist. But saying this, the album is quite good, definitely has some catchy tunes, and is definitely not for the mainstream public! But what Zombie album is? I think this album is a keeper, and does have some funky tunes!
this album is awsome i didnt buy it but i downloaded all the songs and there relllly good my personal fav is either american witch or let it bleed out. and no, i dont have ne other of his cds :( i need 2 get em but this album has somthing 2 prove and that thing is the zombie can still rock out
