Too simple. Not enuf new ideas Sept. 18 2013
By Marianne/SF - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This guy is not a great writer and its a thin book with not a lot of new ideas. I was hoping for insights. In the world of self publishing, I guess about anyone can publish and say they have a book.

Disapointing- Basic Concepts and Poorly Edited April 18 2011
By Jane M. Everson, Ph.D. - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
Be advised - this book addresses very basic teaming concepts and includes no literature or research foundation. In addition, the assessment instruments have no validity or reliability, thus there are better options available. In addition, it is very poorly written and edited - lots of grammatical errors throughout. Not useful for team leaders or consultants. The advantage is its length and size for a beginning team manager, it is pocket-sized.
