Inside you'll find 10 steps to an affordable food storage program plus how to:
•Prepare a home "grocery store" and "pharmacy"
•Use what you store and store what you use
•Store water safely and provide for sanitation needs
•Create a first-aid kit, car kit, and 72-hour emergency kit for the whole family
•And many more invaluable hints and tips

This book is Ideal for the FAMILY large or small. I bought it as a gift for my sister who lives in an area where the weather can be unpredictable and Winter's there are harsh. This book has lots of Great information to help keep your family prepared and ready for any crisis. Almost all of the food storage/preserving techniques do not require refrigeration or pre-cooking. There is an extensive section on keeping the kids happy and entertained as well as caring for a baby during an emergency. If you can not leave your home, there is no electricity, or you encounter a natural didaster ... there is NO need to worry or deal with stress if YOU get this book !!! A must for any family !
