This was a fun book to do with the Grandkids. It's about having fun and spendingtime together. Emeril made this cook book easy and simple and yet the photos were fun as well. I've watched Emeril on TV for years. I watch closely as his recipes come out flawless. I've always wondered - is it the cook or the recipe.His talent aside - this book is great. The recipies are TV like. Enjoy.

My niece brought this book over on her school break & we made 9 or 10 recipes & thought they were great. The cinnamon rolls, mac & cheese, apple muffins & the salad dressings to name a few. My niece ( almost 13) did most of the cooking herself with very little guidance from me. Great cookbook for kids & adults!!
