I really loved the characters and story of this book and the previous one. My problem with it is the spelling and grammar usage that are so wrong. They detract from the story when you have to stop and fill in the right word or right form of English. Though the beginning says that the publishing co. doesn't change anything to give it that worldly flavor in spelling etc.; the writer is from Canada and has numerous degrees that lead me to believe that there should not be these types of errors in the books. My friends in Canada were taken aback by the spelling and usage also, so I know that it isn't a matter of this being the correct usage of the Canadian language. I purchased another book by this author and am hoping that someone proofread it and edited it for her as the stories themselves are very, very interesting and keep the reader's attention throughout wondering what will happen next.
