Founded in 1947, the collection today includes more than 700 pieces of applique, pieced, embroidered, paint-decorated, knitted, crocheted, and hand-woven bedcovers. There are instructions for making five of the quilts from the collection.

Enduring Grace is such a fitting title for this lovely book. It features quilts from the Shelburne Vt Museumcollection. It is a wonderful history of Textiles and Quilts from Colonial America to the The new Century. The photos are the best and the quilts featured are spectacular. This book also includes five projects of which I am doing the Sarah Johnson quilt as a family heirloom.
