Product Description

Enochs Ghost, the second book in the Oracles of Fire series, picks up the exciting Dragons in our Midst story where Tears of a Dragon and Eye of the Oracle ended. Walter, Ashley, and Karen ride the dragon Thigocia in search of her son, Gabriel. When they find an army of giants hibernating in the depths of the earth, they meet a mysterious girl named Sapphira Adi who claims to be thousands of years old. Sapphira reveals a sinister plot. The giants will soon awaken and rise to conquer and destroy, and only dragons can defeat them. Since only two dragons remain on the earth, and one of them is reluctant to fight, doom seems certain. With Excalibur at his side, Walter plunges into an ancient world to find a mysterious ally who could help them save the world. Recommended for ages 12 and up.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome!!!, July 14 2007
By superchick - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Enochs Ghost (Paperback)
I stayed up till three in the morning finishing this book. It is very suspenceful, but also takes time to develop the characters, new and old. I really liked how Walter and Ashley's relashonship matured throughout the book. Walter and Gabe, finally meet, providing some good laughs, and Larry is hilarious as usual. Serious, and a few sad moments also appear. All the plots weave together flawlessly in the end, and many questions are answered. But of course more questions are raised. I am anxiosly awaiting the next installment (which is not good since it won't be comeing out for nearly a year).

5.0 out of 5 stars Tired of your tween or teen playing video games all day?, Jan 20 2008
By Paula Anderson "crazy drama queen" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Enochs Ghost (Paperback)
If you are tired of your son or daughter playing video games all day, tune them into a series of books guaranteed to keep them occupied at least a few days anyway. This is the second of four books in the series "Dragons in Our Midst". My son could not put these books down! They are written with good morals in mind while not being preachy. You will want to buy the whole series because once started, they will plow straight through! This mom gives a big thumbs up!

5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding!, July 3 2007
By Constance Wolters - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Enochs Ghost (Paperback)
I thoroughly enjoyed reading Enoch's Ghost! I love how Bryan Davis is able to keep ... *counts* ... 4 plot lines going throughout the entire book, and then flawlessly bring them all together to the climactic ending.

What a beautiful story of sacrifice and love - I could read and re-read this book as many time as I want, and never ever get tired of it. It's message gives me a sense of hope and peace, reminding me of the unfailing love of my Savior.

I applaud Mr. Davis for yet another beautiful installment in the Oracles of Fire series, and I can't wait for the next one!

Thumbs up, Mr. Davis :)
